Material disclosure

APR Disclosure & Estimated Loan Terms (For Qualified Applicants) Annual Percentage Rate (APR) reflects the annualized cost of borrowing and includes interest as well as certain finance charges assessed by a lender. APR is expressed as a percentage and is intended to help consumers compare the cost of credit across different offers. yourlenddirect.com does not make loans, does not set interest rates, and does not make credit decisions. Lenders within our network determine all loan terms independently. Based on lender offerings currently available through our network, APRs may generally fall between approximately 5.99% and 35.99%, though lower or higher rates may be offered depending on the lender, loan product, and applicant qualifications. Loan repayment periods offered by lenders commonly range from just over 60 days to as long as 72 months, depending on the product selected. The exact APR, repayment schedule, total loan cost, and duration will be disclosed by the lender before you accept any loan offer.

All interest rates, fees, and other charges are established by the lender making the loan and are disclosed in the lender’s loan agreement. Timing of Loan Approval & Funding Loan applications submitted through this website are reviewed directly by participating lenders. Approval decisions are made solely by the lender. If approved, some lenders may transmit funds as soon as the same business day; however, actual funding times depend on lender processing and the policies of your financial institution.

Late Payment, Partial Payment & Non-Payment Considerations By accepting a loan offer, you agree to repay the loan according to the schedule and terms established by the lender. Late payments, missed payments, or failure to repay the loan in full may result in additional fees, penalties, or other consequences as described in the lender’s agreement. yourlenddirect.com does not have visibility into individual lender fee structures and cannot estimate the charges that may apply in the event of late or non-payment. Borrowers should review lender policies carefully before accepting a loan.

Credit Authorization & Potential Credit Impact Participating lenders may verify applicant information and, where permitted by law, obtain consumer credit reports or other credit data to evaluate creditworthiness. By submitting a request through this website, you authorize lenders in our network to perform these checks as part of their underwriting process. Late or missed payments may be reported to credit bureaus and could negatively impact your credit profile. Credit reporting practices vary by lender.
